Find out why lifts were failed
Megan Bryanton, PhD, is a leading expert in bio-mechanical analysis. After competing internationally for Team Canada Powerlifting, she pursued her doctorate in human kinetics, specializing in the powerlifiting movements. Her company, Kinetic Advantage Consulting, will be filming every lift at the 2018 CPU National Championships, and offering technique analysis to athletes.

What you get
Each lift will be recorded and analyzed through specialized software that tracks joint angles, velocity, and bar path. Megan will provide a detailed PDF and video voiceover outlining movement deficiency, limiting muscle groups, training recommendations, and the rationale behind these technical changes.
I was instantly intrigued by Megan’s services and booked an online session with her. This is no average assessment, Megan knows what she is talking about and it’s her second nature to break down your movements and get to the bottom of why you move the way you do. She will evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and translate her findings in a practical way that you can use in your everyday training. Megan will teach you the basics of kinetics and human movement all while helping you move the most efficiently for YOUR body. It’s her passion and it shows.
